SO-DIMM Removal Instructions

1. Close all programs and shut the system down.
2. Turn the system unit on its side exposing the bottom.
3. Locate and remove the access cover by removing the retaining screw and lifting the cover up.
   
4. Locate the module that is being removed.
5. Eject the module by pressing the plastic clips at the outer edges of the socket slot away from the memory module.
   
6. Carefully lift the module up at a 45-degree angle, and out until it clears the slot.
